“La Catalina”, one of our farms, accounts for 87% of our crops, and has been developed over a desert area, dry for many centuries. Our Integrated Pest Control policy, together with the satisfactory experience of our first farm, Santa Rita, has allowed us to install an adequate management system for soils, plants and ecosystems. Although not our main objective, we have developed a fantastic habitat for birds, seasonal and perennial, and we have launched now a survey to study these birds so as to support their development and to preserve them. We strongly recommend downloading the first reports of highly renowned specialists – attached – and we have great expectations on the next reports. Our visitors will be able to enjoy this sustained, daily event of birds of all kinds that have made our farms their shelter.
